I could not leave a stronger more positive review. For starters, Leo saved me a lot of money from me mistake I made when booking. He instantly fixed it at check in, and made the whole process very smooth and VIP. someone needs to promote that guy, give him a bonus, raise, or all three! This is why I stay here every time I'm in Austin, and chuckle at my colleagues who stay 100 feet away at the Marriott and pay triple my price, while I eat a nice hot breakfast every morning and enjoy a suite bigger than their hotel room.

I missed my evening flight and didn't arrive at the hotel until the next morning. I booked through Priceline and was concerned I would forfeit my hotel night since it was prepaid. I called the hotel and Roxy, the front desk staff member, worked with her general Manager Benjamin, to roll my reservation over to the next day, so I wouldn't lose my money. Which was amazingly hospitable because they didn't have to honor my reservation. The staff here are great and overall I had a wonderful stay.

Really nice hotel for the price. Rooms are good size. Beds comfortable. Showers clean and hot. Included breakfast was pretty decent with good variety. Staff was efficient and friendly. Definitely a good value.

SpringHill Suites by Marriott is one of the Marriott brands that offers complimentary breakfast. ​The rooms are very clean and convenient, equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator. ​What I liked most was the layout; although the living area (with a sofa and desk) and the bedroom area are connected, they feel like distinct, independent spaces, making the room very functional.

September, at the front desk and a lady manager had no clue that I landed from China so my jet lag is heavy and I have a back injury, plus major mistakes with booking by the hosting company.. they gave me plenty of time to sleep in, way after checkout hours and even helped me sort out reservations since they are at full capacity. Even housekeeping were gentle and apologetic trying to wake me up. An engineer, Moses volunteered to help me with luggage. The location may not be the best but my experience was beyond pleasant.

I had to stay here cause a pipe burst at my place. Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping goes above and beyond. They were all so nice snd friendly. It is an older hotel but the room wasn't bad. I highly recommend based on the exceptional service. Thank you for making life a little easier during a stressful time!

The supervisor Shane is literally a God send. Upon me voicing my problems he immediately jumped into action and tried to help me. He went above and beyond to help me. I’m here in Austin for a brain injury conference with my disabled child. It was only 12 o’clock when I met Shane and I’m so happy I did. As I type this with my nose plugged and ears itching due to allergies, I’m just so thankful for him. My initial reservations were split I had one day at one hotel and the rest of my stay at another. Shane so graciously helped me so that I wouldn’t have to do the unbearable of switching hotels and rooms. Can you imagine unpacking everything just to have to pack it all back up to switch hotels then unpack all over again? With a disabled/ special needs child if I could pack the kitchen sink I would. Between medicine, supplies , safe foods and actual trip necessities we have 3 suitcases. It would have been awful moving all of that not even 24 hours later. Shane worked a miracle and was able to get my reservation all at the same place. He was very a patient , kind and understanding. Spring Hill is in a great location just minutes away from local fast food spots and restaurants, lady bird lake and activities and so much more. Prices are fair and affordable, it’s clean, there’s an indoor pool and free breakfast. You can’t ask for much more especially when you have staff that actually enjoys their job.

It was a fine room, spacious and comfortable. But it was an odd room. Unused space - needed a light and a chair. A perfect reading nook - wish I had one at home. Thank you for a lovely stay.
